At Fragranza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened fragrance in its original box and use protective cushioning to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the cap is tightly sealed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the product's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
